Well, since a person is legally adult when 18 in Norway (though you only have to be 16 to have sex legally), how could I prevent him...?

 you've got to be joking right now. it's not supposed to be cushy, it's supposed to be horrible, and it's supposed to last until the day they die if they don't get the death penalty. before we were talking about life in prison without parole versus the death penalty, and now you're saying that someone who is currently death penalty worthy in the states should be put in prison for 16 years and thats sufficient? Let's be clear because i don't want to accuse you of implying something you're not. Is this or is this not what you are saying?
I am saying that the present UK tariff of 16 years minimum provides adequate protection for the public, and is not an attractive alternative to liberty.

The whole thing is just silly and a time-waster.
What was the point anyway? The seller will not get the money and most likely be suspended/banned.
1. Wrong category
2. Misleading title
Puh-leeeease, gimme uh break!!

They're making software for a device produced by a company that wants nothing to do with them.

So whats your opinion, personally i think it was to focused on the iphone...
im in the uk so it doesnt come out here for ages...GREAT. and no new software, not even an update, that blows. Iphone looks great tho. Also the Apple TV seems altoghether useless to me? why does it need a 40gb hard drive and processor if it connects wirelessly to computers? surely streaming would have been more clever? and tey didnt even updated the screens to work properly with it! And itunes store UK still has no movies!!! GRRR. Pointless fo anyone in the uk in my opinion, whats the point of it? big whoop i can watch my music thru my crappy tv speakers ??

looking at _production_ cars:
Toyota Prius from 2009: drag coefficient: 0.25
Tatra 77a from 1935: 0.21
Rumpler Tropfenwagen from 1921: 0.28
the late 30ties were actually the high point in aerodynamics being the focus in automobile manufacturing: there are countless of other examples from the time which simply never made it into production because of the war:
like the BMW K1 prototype which also achieved a value of 0.23 despite being a full 4 door saloon
another interesting car: the Fiat Turbina prototype: which had a coefficient of 0.14 (a record for 30 years) but any further development shelved because of problems with the expieremental fuel gazzling overheating turbine engine ;)
Thanks! That was fun following up on some of these early cars. Some of them are just gorgeous. It is amazing and inspiring that engineers working with slide - rulers and wind tunnels (and without fancy computers) could achieve the same kind of drag coefficients on their designs that modern supercomputers can come up with.
However - I still think my point stands ("Steadiness"). While small production cars may have been aerodynamic - the industry average was not. In fact I could argue that as engine efficiencies improved, industry wide, aerodynamics got worse because the overall mileage stayed much the same (or improved slowly).

New radiators for my apartment, which cost 750 euros.
Three new rugs for the apartment, which cost 480 euros.
And a few hundred bucks towards my nearly $1000 online shopping spree.
I needed the radiators BADLY, and my parents got them for me. And the carpets I had were my grandmothers from what seems like centuries ago. We are a little tight on money this Christmas because we did a lot of renovations to my apartment, and to the house where my parents stay in the village. I cant complain though, since Im with my family and friends.

Also, how the hell are you supposed to play the Swordquest games without the manual and comic books?
It is nice to see Waterworld though as the contest for it never happened and the cartridge was printed in very limited supplies.

Wow... that whole site is down. Too much traffic, or has Apple's top secret FBI assasin group struck again. One things for sure... don't "F" with those boys and their secrets.
And to the Safari-haters, show some love. Safari might be a little short on features if you're used to Fox or Omni, but at the end of the day it's still the most elegant and simple browser out there, and it does have its strengths. It's RSS reader was pretty groundbreaking, and still is one of the best, it's one of the few browsers that actually handles fonts and anti-aliasing properly, and it renders CSS layouts very cleanly and without bugs for the most part. So don't hate so much. It's only going to get better every time.
Safari's CSS is pretty good, but DOM support is lagging, in my opinion. I use Camino for general web browsing and Firefox with Firebug and other extensions for development. Maybe if Firefox 2 runs faster and leaks and uses less memory I'll use it for everything.
IE7's RSS aggregator looks like it might shape out to be among the best.

Is that game available on current Apple products anywhere? I remember trying to win that game but couldn't think smarmy enough.

LOL it amazes me how little you guys know about the law. Please report me to the authorities, there is absolutely nothing they can do legally. I even discussed it with my professor who monitored my bar and he got a kick out of it as well haha.
So please, humor me that I'm not a real law student and don't know what I'm talking about. Sorry Apple geeks your area of expertise obviously isn't the political discourse of America. :P
Try my other theories too, like entering my home, etc. Seriously, just humor me. (more so than I already am) LOL

TALK ABOUT PRE-ANNOUNCING
Remember when SJ said we support BR ?!?!?!!?
From someone who SWORE NO pre-announcements
And still no BlueRay from Apple
Uh, genius, Apple doesn't make Blu-ray. Apple has to wait for Sony & Co to release Blu-ray drives, which we all knew would be in late 2006.

I've got an image which contains multiple layers. The user can set a picture as a layer. However when there isn't a picture available I'd like to have a replacement picture.
