I too got transfer mails in April 2008. TSC to NSC to TSC. But when I last checked at infopass they said its at NSC. In April 2009, my approved I-140 is also transferred from TSC to NSC. Last month when I checked at infopass, they said 140 is in "Transit".

Since nobody attempted to answer your question, let me give a try.
The answer depends on what is the EB3-PD ? If someone (like me) had a PD of 2001 , then it would have become current more than a couple of times. Just in the last two years my PD became current thrice (including July Fiasco), and am still waiting for my approval.
But if you are asking how many times did EVERYONE became current, then possibly only once (The July '07 fiasco). I can tell this for sure since 2000. I am not aware of any info before that year.
I heard that once every 5 years every category becomes current. I think in 2000 or 2001, Every category became current, I am not sure.

Is there something we can do to avoid this PIMS delay.......
I have been trying to ask the attorney and even the free chat on IV but no one is giving a clear solution on how to avoid pims delay. :mad:

Poor Coverage in Media Regarding a Very Important Issue where governmental agencies (USCIS/DOS) took unprecedented/unlawful route and resulted in millions of dollars wasted and dreams shattered of hard working, lawfully present Highly Skilled Immigrants.
My Question is why is media acting like an Ostrich on this issue? Answers anyone??

I 140 � Approved in 2006 and have a copy.
I 485 � Filed in Jul 2007, Receipt date Jul 02, 2007. Have copy of I 485 receipt.
Perm Labor � Have perm labor approval copy.
Since it has been more than 180 days I 485 is pending and I 140 also approved, I joined my client. Now my old employer says he will withdraw my I 140.
I would like to send AC21 job change info to USCIS my self.
Please let me know if any one is in the same situation and filed (informed) AC21 by yourself.
And also advice if anyone used new attorney only for AC21.

I don't have a machine with VS / Blend installed right now, but the reason it isn't working is because you need to actually get a reference to your existing XmlDataProvider and then update it from there. This is almost identical to the Modifying a Databound Collection case: http://www.kirupa.com/blend_wpf/modifying_databound_collection_pg1.htm
Looking at your code, you would need to something similar to the following.
XmlDataProvider existing = Window.Resources["MetadataDS"] as XmlDataProvider;
existing.Source = new Uri(filename);
I am writing the above without the use of VS, so there is a chance it might not work. Let me know if it fails and I can look into it further :)

I submitted my 485 in julyEven i applied for my wife too.....we both got EAD, AP...She left to India...we have problems and we may seperate each other...So not sure when we get divorce because of outdated Indian marriage laws...Are there going to be any problems when they are adjudicating my 485 application? Her FP done and she got AP until Sep 2008...Now what will happen if USCIS sends out an FP notice for my wife...She won't be doing finger printing...Is it going effect my GC in anyway?

Hello Friends,

-I am on my 10th years in USA and started using my EAD 1 year before
-My Employer A filed my green card labor in March 2005 and got approved (so my PD is 03/2005)
-I485 pending for more than 2 years (so I am beyond 180 days limit)
-I140 is approved.
-I have been working with them (Employer A) till Jan, 2010 (3 years on H1B and 1 year on EAD)
Now I am getting a good offer with senior role plus pay (30% more) from Employer B and I would like to take it.
1) If my Employer A continued to process my GC and confirmed that they will support till I get my GC. Do I still need to use the AC21 portability to work for the new Employer B?
2) Or should be a safer side to use the AC21?

AC-21 can be used for job in same or similar occupation.
Also since green card is for future purposes, your employer A can still support you in terms of documentary evidence, but it will be upto the lawyer to convince the USCIS.

My lawyer sent me the fedex tracking sheet for the I-485 package sent to:

850 S Street
Lincoln, NE 68508
I did not see any PO Box on the Fedex tracking sheet. I am not sure if she put the PO Box on the shipping label or not??
Is it a big deal?? Will my application be accepted.

I had a 10 year multiple entry B1/B2 visa which was to expire in 2013. I got married a couple of months ago, and since my husband is on a H1B, I got a H4 visa for the next 1.5 years. My passport with the B1/B2 visa DOES NOT have CWOP (Canceled without prejudice) written on it. My question is- has my B1/B2 visa been canceled? Or is it still valid? Can I hold 2 visas for entry into the US at the same time. If it has not been canceled, can I still use it for entry into the US once I lose my H4 status? Thank you for your time.
